Tuscany is a region located in Central Italy, from the coast to the Apennines, and its capital is Florence. The most famous areas for destinations weddings are Chianti and Val d’Orcia, but also the Tuscan coast is slightly starting to be requested for intimate beach weddings. Chianti area is located among Florence and Siena; its green, relaxing hills with olive trees and vineyards are well known, such as its red Chianti wines and olive oil. You can easily reach it driving from 30 to 90 minutes from Florence or even from Pisa international airport. While Val d’Orcia is south from Siena and it’s popular for its landscape with enchanting, yellowish hills and cypresses, Brunello di Montalcino wine and cheese. This area is a little bit further from the main airports.
